B. Happy Peanut Butter - FAQs

B. Happy Peanut Butter - FAQs

Does B. Happy Peanut Butter need to be refrigerated?
No. It is better left in the pantry, since it is easier to spoon out if it’s not cold.

What is its shelf life?
B. Happy Peanut Butter should be consumed in about 4-5 months. It doesn't go "bad", but we think the consistency is best in the first 4-5 months. Our joke is that if you still have it after 4 months then you obviously didn’t LOVE it so you should probably just throw it away!

Do you have nutritional facts on your B. Happy Peanut Butter yet?
We currently do not, but it is one of the tasks we are planning on tackling sometime soon.

Is it gluten-free?
All of our B. Happy Peanut Butter is gluten-free EXCEPT Dream Big (with the pretzels) and Go Lucky (with the rice crispies).

Is it dairy-free?
The dairy-free flavors are KeePSmunchy (plain), and Pay It Forward (apple/cinnamon).

What are the ingredients?
Each flavor's ingredients are listed in the description. The only ingredient not listed is peanut oil, which we add to each flavor.

Can I order online and have it shipped?
Yes, we ship B. Happy Peanut Butter all over the country (U.S. only)! It can be ordered online at www.bhappypeanutbutter.com.

Is it all-natural?
While we don’t add any artificial flavors or ingredients to B. Happy, some of our ingredients (like chocolate or pretzels) may contain some artificial flavors and ingredients.

Is peanut butter healthy?
Peanut butter is high in dietary fiber, which helps in regulating both cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It is also very high in protein, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3, iron magnesium, potassium, copper and calcium. Read more about peanut butter and your health

Why is B. Happy more expensive than other peanut butters?
B. Happy is made in small batches in Zionsville, Indiana in our exclusive commercial kitchen. We only use quality ingredients in our peanut butter. Therefore the time, care and love we put into every jar costs a little more, but we hope you agree that it is worth it.
